Capture
The wide intake aperture funnels turbulent water into our internal channel (patented design). Chaotic flow becomes directed momentum, transforming drag into a propulsive force through laminar flow conversion.
Laminar Flow IntakeAeronautical technology meets paddle surf. The Keeler fin channels water through an internal tunnel (patented design), creating a laminar glide rail beneath your board. Better stability, less drag, longer glide, sharper turns — whatever your level.

Tom Blake bolts a motorboat keel onto a surfboard. Wide, flat, pure stability. The origin of all fins.
George Greenough's fiberglass design inspired by a tuna's dorsal. The birth of flex and hydrodynamic profiling.
Simon Anderson adds a third fin. Two for speed, one for pivot. The system that let SUP boards turn sharp and ride big waves.
Honeycomb cores, carbon fiber, selective flex. F1 technology enters surfing. Lighter, stiffer — but same physics.
Keeler channels water through an internal tunnel (patented design). The first physics breakthrough in 89 years.
Patented Design
Channel Narrows.
Water Accelerates.
The internal tunnel compresses flow — velocity increases, pressure drops. A natural glide rail forms beneath the board. Same effort, more speed.
Pressure Drops.
Board Locks In.
Lower pressure beneath the board creates suction. Your board locks to the water surface — more stability, sharper response, zero drift.
Validated in professional naval testing facilities using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and water tunnel analysis. The Keeler fin's internal Venturi channel has been tested at speeds ranging from 2 to 12 knots.
"Water enters the fin, the channel narrows, so the water speeds up — like putting your thumb over a garden hose. That acceleration drops the pressure beneath your board, locking it to the surface. More speed, more stability, less effort. Simple physics, but no one had applied it to a fin before."
The difference isn't subtle — it's immediate. Paddlers who have experienced the Venturi effect for themselves describe a completely new sensation: the board locks in, glide extends noticeably, and every stroke feels more efficient.
How It Works
The wide intake aperture funnels turbulent water into our internal channel (patented design). Chaotic flow becomes directed momentum, transforming drag into a propulsive force through laminar flow conversion.
Laminar Flow Intake
As the channel narrows, water velocity increases while resistance drops dramatically. Same paddle effort, measurably longer glide. In competition, this means lower heart rate at equal intensity — arriving at the finish line with energy to spare.
Less Resistance, More Glide
The laminar output eliminates the zigzag effect that plagues every conventional fin. Your board holds a straight line, shortening your actual distance between any two points. For beginners, the added stability prevents falls and accelerates progression. For pros, it's the edge that makes the difference before the finish line.
Zero Zigzag, Maximum Control
"The Venturi channel doesn't just reduce drag — it creates a pressure differential that actively pulls the board into the water. You're not fighting the ocean anymore. You're working with it."

Competition Tested
Jonathan Barragan, former professional SUP athlete and our Testing & Validation Lead, puts every prototype through real competition conditions on open water. No lab tests — real waves, real wind, real performance data.
Each iteration is validated across multiple board types, paddle styles, and weather conditions before it earns the Keeler name. What you see in this footage is the result of months of iterative testing and refinement.
"From the very first stroke, you feel the difference. The board locks in, the glide keeps going, and you realize you're covering more water with less effort. It's not incremental — it's a different feeling entirely."
Jonathan Barragan — Testing & Validation Lead
The Product
The tunnel that changed everything (patented design). Water enters, accelerates through a narrowing channel, and exits as a laminar jet — creating a natural glide rail beneath your board.
Patented DesignProprietary polymer blend — extreme impact resistance with precise rigidity. Built to outlast any condition the ocean throws at you.
Impact Resistant
Slides in and locks. No screws, no tools. Compatible globally with US Box and Slide-In systems.
Universal Fit
Two versions, one mission. Available in both Slide-In and US Box formats — covering every major SUP board on the planet. No adapters, no compromises. Just slide in and paddle.
